| RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY |

Any items purchased at Christie's Jewelers may be returned for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and with original sales receipt, otherwise your merchandise may not be eligible for return. No refunds or exchanges are available on special order, sized or altered merchandise. Refunds on purchases paid for by cash will be refunded by a company check within 3 working days. Refunds on purchases paid for by check will be refunded by company check within 14 working days. Purchases paid for by credit card will only be refunded by a credit to same cardholder's account. Purchases made through paypal shall be refunded to same paypal account.
